PARLEYS CANYON, Utah — A mother moose and her calf caused traffic to back up on Interstate 80 Thursday evening.
At about 7:30 p.m.Utah Highway Patrol closed all eastbound lanes while the two made their way along the roadway.
Troopers held the moose at bay near the East Canyon exit while wildlife officials captured the two to relocate them to a safer area.
