OGDEN, Utah – The trial over restraining orders for gang members in Ogden wrapped up Thursday afternoon.
Police say the retraining orders prevent hundreds of members of one Ogden street gang from associating with each other within city limits. The ACLU says the restraining orders violate constitutional rights.
Attorneys from both sides will submit briefs in two weeks and a judge will issue a ruling on whether to make the injunctions permanent.
