This time of year when the temperature goes up, air quality heads downhill. It’s even worse for some of you today because of smoke from wildfires. The result is a Red Air Day along the Wasatch Front and in Tooele County with health advisories in effect. If you have heart or lung problems, you want to limit your time outside. Air quality isn’t quite as bad elsewhere, but it is a Yellow Air Day in Cache, Uintah, and Washington Counties. Cut back on driving in those places if you can.
