MINERSVILLE, Utah – Investigators say a single tree caught fire, resparking the previously-contained Baboon Fire.
The fire had been 100 percent contained at just over 19,000 acres, but when a tree caught fire, flames jumped into an extremely dry area that was outside the containment lines of the original fire.
The fire has now grown to 20,732 acres and the new 1,700 acre area is 50 percent contained.
