Payson Police got a report around 9 p.m. Wednesday night from a man saying someone tried to kidnap his son while he was riding his bike through a swimming pool parking lot.
The father says a man in a black SUV told the boy to “get in the car” but the boy was able to get away.
The man is described as having blonde hair and sun tanned skin, possibly between 30 and 40 years old.
