The former mayor of Springville and the president of the company that sells “Little Giant” ladders has died.
Hal Wing passed away at age 72.
He was the owner of Wing Enterprises, which makes the famous retractable aluminum and fiberglass Little Giant ladders.
Wing also served as a small business representative for the Reagan and Bush administrations.
Funeral services will be held Saturday.
