SALT LAKE CITY -- Intermountain Health Care finished its $32 million renovation on its LDS Hospital this week.
LDS Hospital has been treating Utahns for 107 years, but some of the big changes on display Monday were big rooms.
One of those new spaces is a birthing room, which has space for medical staff and multiple family members.
Other changes include a lobby that looks more like a hotel than a hospital.
LDS Hospital was recently named the top hospital in Utah by U.S. News and World report and hospital officials say these changes will only make the hospital better.
