MAGNA, Utah -- After three years serving his country in Afghanistan, Matthew Blackburn returned home to a surprise neighborhood homecoming party outside his home on Ensign Park Drive.
With over 100 people in attendance and American flags flying, 21-year-old Blackburn arrived to applause and people offering their gratitude.
