NEPHI, Utah -- The Juab County Attorney asked a judge to reconsider his decision to toss a manslaughter charge against a man who shot and killed his brother during a camping trip at Yuba Lake.
Prosecutors say 27-year-old Eric Charlton should face manslaughter charges because he knew that the circumstances he was involved in could have caused death. They say Charlton had a gun with a loaded magazine and did not do enough to make the gun safe.
Family members have insisted Cameron's death was an accident.
