PROVO — Police took three teens into custody accusing them of vandalizing a cemetery along the Provo River.
The three teens, who are all juveniles, are accused of 40 counts of vandalism where cemetery walls, headstones and surrounding trees were spray-painted with graffiti.
Police say the graffiti is gang related.
