Heart disease caused nearly 600,000 deaths in the United States and an estimated 71 million adults in the country report being diagnosed with high cholesterol.
Appearing on Good Day Utah on Tuesday, Joan Lunden, journalist, author and heart health advocate, spoke about the importance of getting cholesterol under control.
