PROVO, Utah – A Utah County man pleaded guilty to trespassing after he was caught peeping on his upstairs neighbor.
David Jose Garcia’s female neighbor caught him peeping through a laundry chute. Court documents say Garcia initially claimed he was checking the chute for his possessions as he prepared to move.
On Wednesday, Garcia was sentenced to pay $760 in fines and serve 15 days in jail, but a judge said he could satisfy the sentence in a work program.
