LAYTON, Utah – A Layton mother accused of killing her two children in 2010 has been found incompetent to stand trial.
Sun Cha Warhola allegedly strangled her 8-year-old son and 7-year-old daughter in Sept. 2010.
She was to appear in court last week for a competency hearing, but her attorney filed a motion indicated a psychologist had determined that Warhola remains incompetent to stand trial.
This was her seventh scheduled competency review. She continues to receive treatment for mental illness at the Utah State Hospital.
