OGDEN, Utah – Skiers and snowboarders have a new way to get to the slopes in Weber County.
UTA is offering daily rides to Snowbasin and Powder Mountain resorts during the ski season. They say the service provides an inexpensive and convenient way to get to the slopes.
“The big thing that’s made this possible is the commitment of the city and the county to promote the outdoors as well as public transit and the importance of those in building a community. So it’s so exciting to see this progress being made,” said Bruce Cardon, regional director for UTA.
