Provo dancing granny gets her Christmas groove on

Dancing is proven to be a great way to stay in shape, even in old age.

Don’t believe it? Well take it from this granny. Dancing has been keeping her healthy for 91 years.

Provo native Jeanne Harr started dancing when she was just 4-years-old. She suffers from macular degeneration, which has left her blind. She’s also extremely hard of hearing and suffers from congestive heart failure, but none of that keeps her down.

She has several videos on YouTube, a couple of which have gone viral. All together her videos have racked up more than 4 million views.

Harr says she dances to keep herself happy. She hopes her sweet moves will inspire other people to get of the couch and shake a leg.
