WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah — West Valley City police are looking for two people in connection with an armed robbery at a shoe store.
Police say two people, a man and a woman, entered the Payless ShoeSource store at 5670 W 3500 S and attempted to leave with shoes they hadn’t paid for.
A store employee confronted the couple, and the man indicated he had a gun. The employee saw the weapon and allowed the couple to leave the store.
Police believe the couple fled the scene in a car that was parked outside.
