SALT LAKE CITY – A convicted serial rapist has died in prison.
Stephen Michael Vandam admitted to attacking 17 women back in the 1980s and was sentenced to life in prison. He committed most of those crimes while on parole.
He was 62 years old and reportedly died of natural causes.
