SALT LAKE CITY — Police are seeking a suspect after he robbed a Zion’s Bank on Wednesday afternoon and got away with an undisclosed amount of money.
Lt. J.R. Nelson of Salt Lake City Police Department said the male suspect entered the bank, located at 1420 South and 300 West, at about 12:48 p.m. and gave the teller a note demanding money. Nelson said the suspect did not produce any weapons. The teller complied, and the suspect escaped on foot.
The suspect is described as a 5-foot-10-inches-tall white male in his mid-20s with dark hair. He was wearing a mustard-colored hooded jacket, a dark baseball cap and blue jeans.
