SALT LAKE CITY — A Salt Lake City police cruiser was damaged in a drive-by shooting Wednesday night, and three people have been arrested in connection with the shooting.
It happened around 11 p.m. near the intersection of 1100 W and Indiana Ave. The police cruiser was parked outside an off-duty officer’s home.
Officers located a vehicle they suspected was involved in the shooting, and subsequently arrested 20-year-old Peter Ramirez, 22-year-old Beatriz Andrade and 18-year-old Mark Garcia.
The suspects face felony charges in connection with the shooting.
