  • 4 avocados
  • 1 jalapeno, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 2 tablespoons onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 limes, juice only
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, diced

Cut avocados in half lengthwise. Remove the seed and scoop out the pulp with a spoon. In a large bowl mash the avocados with a fork until they reach a smooth consistency. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Cover tightly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours for best flavor.
