This week has been an okay week. My clothes are still big on me and I am going to have to seriously consider buying new clothes soon.
The diet has not presented any new challenges for me. I have discovered that when working out I am able to swallow bigger size gulps of water as opposed to just sipping. I like that and it makes me feel like I am quenching my thirst.
My energy levels are still plentiful and I am able to complete more tasks without having to consider back pain or stamina. I am taking breaks when needed but not as often or as long when engaged in a physical activity.
I have my next doctor’s visit on Wednesday. I hope my weight keeps coming off. Thanks for all the support and encouragement.
