TORONTO — Toronto Mayor Rob Ford appears to be smoking crack cocaine in a cellphone video seen by two Toronto Star reporters, according to a report on thestar.com.
“The Star had no way to verify the authenticity of the video, which appears to clearly show Ford in a well-lit room,” the report said.
