LEHI – Xango, a popular Utah beverage company, is facing a feud among its founders.
One of the founders of the company, Bryan Davis, filed a legal complaint against the other five co-founders. Davis accused the co-founders of looting, embezzling, cover-ups, spying and bribery.
In a 38 page document, Davis said the co-founders used company money to buy expensive jewelry, designer clothes, country club memberships and chartering private jets.
An attorney for the five co-founders stated the accusations are unfounded.
