RICHFIELD, Utah – A Richfield couple is suing multiple law enforcement agencies after a break-in scare.
Christopher and Kim Dettle say officers barged into their home on Dec. 18, but they had the wrong house.
They filed a complaint against Richfield City, the Richfield Police Dept., Sevier County, the Sheriff’s Office and Utah Highway Patrol.
The couple is seeking $500,000 in damages.
