NOGALES, Mexico -- A court hearing for an Arizona mother who was arrested in Mexico on drug chargeswhile returning from a funeral was rescheduled on Wednesday.

A hearing scheduled for Wednesday was moved to Friday after Mexican officials were not at the court to testify. Yanira Maldonado spoke from prison Wednesday, and she said she has turned to religion and family in this difficult time.

"Reading the scriptures, reading the Book of Mormon, praying, fasting, and all the support that I've been getting from my family, my husband, my children and everybody out there reaching out to help," she said.
