SALT LAKE CITY – A judge may be pulled out of retirement to hear the case of a longtime Salt Lake City defense attorney.
65-year-old Steven Kuhnhausen is charged with sexual activity with a minor and enticing a minor over the Internet.
The courts don’t want Kuhnhausen to appear before a judge who knows him through previous court proceedings.
Right now, they’re looking for a retired judge outside of Salt Lake County who would be willing to hear the case.
