I had a great week with the diet and exercise. I am most proud of the fact that I helped out with my daughter’s softball team, The Utah Lady Blitz, during one of their practices. They needed base runners to simulate situations for the defense, so I volunteered along with other dads and brothers. I ended up running 10-12 30-yard sprints (ouch!!) Needless to say, I was sore and am still sore from the running.
I also was able to hold my own during the morning show while featuring the Surf Soccer Club: running, playing goalie and participating in soccer drills with the kids. You can see my soccer skills in this video.
Off topic for a bit, I found a story of girl who wrote a letter to her boyfriend breaking up with him...I shared a great laugh with my daughters when I showed it to them. Take a look below.
