DAVIS COUNTY, Utah – A businessman who accuses Utah Attorney General John Swallow of impropriety has been moved from the state prison to the jail in Farmington.
In court filings Marc Jenson’s attorneys claim their client was the target of threats at the prison. Davis County Attorney’s Office officials said they moved Jenson so investigators and other agencies could have easier access to him for questioning.
Jenson is serving time for fraud.
