This week has been a good week. I was able to do lots of things without my energy getting low. I was so busy with work and church and even Father’s Day with my family.
I spent 2 hours going through all my clothes that are now too big for me…man that’s a lot of clothes–a mountain of clothing! Speaking of clothes, my habit of wearing an under shirt is nonexistent now.
As far as my diet goes, nothing has changed much except I have started munching on sunflower seeds whenever I drive or am sitting, and I am discovering that I am eating even less because I feel full from the sunflower seeds. I reached my 4-month mark since the procedure and was supposed to weigh in Wednesday, but I got sick from eating a breakfast sandwich, so I will weigh in next Tuesday.
Thank you to BMI and Salt Lake Regional Hospital for the info and knowledge about diet and exercise to help me maintain my good health. Thank you to all of you for your support and encouragement to fight the good fight. I’ll update you next week when I weigh in.
