Randall Freeman shot this video footage of a clash between Salt Lake City police and several dozen homeless people near The Road House sanctuary Sunday. Four people were jailed. Freeman and others who were at the altercation spoke to FOX 13 News about what happened, and they said police target them unfairly. Click here for the story.
