Breakfast Smoothie Fruit Bowl #1
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 4 cups Greek yogurt (plain)
- 3 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons flaxseed
- Ice
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix the first 7 ingredients in a blender. Pour into bowls. Top with granola, banana and cinnamon.
Breakfast Smoothie Fruit Bowl #2
- 1 cup mango chunks
- 1 cup berries (any kind)
- 4 cups Greek yogurt (vanilla)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1 apple, diced
Mix the first 5 ingredients together in a large bowl. Top with granola and apple.
