SALT LAKE CITY — The children of Uta Von Schwedler will remain in the custody of family friends rather than go to their father, who has been charged with murder.
A judge ruled Friday that the children will not go to John Wall.
Police have been investigating Von Schwedler’s suspicious death after she was found drugged and drowned in the bathtub of her home in 2011.
Wall, her ex-husband, is accused of killing her. Wall is due in court Monday.
