My brother Lu is visiting from Hawaii and it was good to see him it is his annual trip to see us. That means lots of big family dinners and get togethers for a week.
Unfortunately, I was unable to join my brother & sisters and their families during our annual family camp at Bear Lake. It was tough for me and my kids but school started earlier this year and they didn’t want to play catch up all year long so we didn’t go.
I did get to enjoy some time with him doing our favorite thing, which is sitting around talking, telling stories and having a good jam session with the guitar and ukulele. Here’s a video from our jam session:
On Friday night we will go on our annual Wendover trip to have some grown up fun.
My son started football and one of my daughters is busy with softball so, needless to say, I am being stretched thin.
I am also playing in the Drive Hunger Out Golf tournament for the Utah Food Bank.
With all that is going on I am so happy to say that because of my weight change I have more than enough energy to get to everything.
