OREM, Utah — Orem Police are searching for a trio of scam suspects who are accused of robbing multiple Walmart stores.
Video surveillance from Sept. 4 shows two women and one man taking money from cash registers while the cashiers were distracted.
Police said the group used short-changing– the exchanging of money multiple times until the employee becomes confused and gives out extra cash.
Police said they are urging retailers to be on the look-out and for anyone with any information to contact police.
