CEDAR CITY, Utah – Two Cedar City men have been arrested after police said they allegedly took and then castrated another man’s horses.
An arrest warrant indicates the horses were taken from a pen in Beryl, and the animals were later found in a corral in Enoch.
The incident happened at the end of April, and the owner of the horses said at least four of the animals were castrated.
