LAS VEGAS – An Oregon couple pleaded guilty this week to disorderly conduct in connection with sexual acts they carried out on a flight to Las Vegas earlier this year.
FOX 13 News sister station FOX 5 Las Vegas reports that Christopher Martin, 44, and Jessica Stroble, 33, of Medford, Oregon have entered guilty pleas.
The charges stem from June 21, when the couple was aboard Allegiant Airlines Flight 557. FOX 5 Vegas reports that court documents allege other passengers witnessed the pair engaging in apparent sexual acts.
After the couple pleaded guilty, a judge determined each would pay a $250 fine.
FOX 5 Vegas reported in August that witnesses said the woman appeared to perform oral sex on the man,and the man allegedly exposed the woman’s breast before a flight attendant ordered them to stop.
