Daylight Saving Time ends Sunday morning

Posted
and last updated

Sunday morning will be a cold one in many parts of Utah, but at least you get an extra hour of sleep.

Daylight Saving Time ends at 2 a.m. Sunday morning. When the clock strikes 2, it goes back to 1. This also means graveyard shift workers and other night owls are in for a longer night.

Although some clocks will need to be set back an hour by hand, others, like the one in your computer’s operating system and cellphone, should revert to Standard Time automatically.
