SALT LAKE CITY -- Utah Attorney General John Swallow announced his resignation Thursday, and on Friday the Lt. Governor's office released a report that claimed Swallow violated state election laws.
The report focuses on alleged violations that include not disclosing income and business interests. Swallow spoke to FOX 13 News' Max Roth about the issue earlier this week, see the video above for Swallow's explanation regarding his financial disclosure filings.
