#7 - Lawsuit filed by alleged false DUI victims of Steed

A class-action lawsuit was filed against the state of Utah and Utah Highway Patrol on behalf of people who say they were wrongfully accused of DUIs by former UHP Trooper Lisa Steed, who was fired in November 2012. #5 - Woman fleeing police hits passing train, another train hits her car
Bonnie Jean Stroud, 29, was allegedly fleeing from Woods Cross police, who were trying to stop her in connection with a call they received about an unwanted guest disturbance. Stroud's vehicle hit a passing train. Moments later, another train pushed her Mercedes further down the tracks. Stroud sustained only minor injuries, including a broken arm.
