- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg, slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Milk, just enough to make pourable batter
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 6 ounces Fruitivia
- Syrup for serving, if desired
Combine first four ingredients in a large bowl ingredients. Stir in egg, oil, and enough milk for batter to pour easily. Mix lightly to blend. Bring a griddle or large frying pan up to medium heat; melt butter to coat the bottom. As pancakes are ladled onto the hot plate or pan, swirl Fruitivia in a spiral form or swirl onto the wet side. Flip and top with more Fruitivia. Serve immediately with syrup, if desired
