SALT LAKE CITY -- Utah lawmakers discussed animal euthanasia Tuesday-- specifically focusing on carbon monoxide being used to put animals down.
Rep. Angela Romero said she believes she has the right balance in a bill that would have animal shelters follow a uniform policy. That policy would involve putting animals down in a humane way that's as painless as possible.
