I owe a huge "Thanks!" to the students and staff of Sunrise Ridge Intermediate School in St. George. Particularly to Shannon Lea, the teacher who inspired this story, and more importantly, inspires many minds every day!
Judd's was such a fantastic surprise. I honestly had never heard of it until the students recommended it for a story. No trip to or through St. George will ever be the same.
Oh, and aside from all that candy, it's worth mentioning that Judd's also serves up curry, ice cream, and bread sticks made fresh all day long (the aroma will send you into sensory overload as you walk through the door). So there is a little something for everyone.
