ROCKVILLE, Utah -- Two months after a rock slidekilled a southern Utah couple, the small town of Rockville is trying to get back to normal.
Residents say it's difficult because the destroyed home of Jeff Elsey and Maureen Morris remains a constant reminder. The home remains untouched while family deals with the difficult task of settling legal affairs.
Mayor Tracy Dutson said once the debris is cleared, they hope to create a community garden on the property to honor Elsey and Morris.
