SALT LAKE CITY -- A new report from the Center for Disease Control indicates Utah has the lowest rate of deaths related to excessive drinking among 11 states studied.
Dr. Joanna Watson came to the FOX 13 News studio Thursday to discuss the report's findings as well as the issue of excessive alcohol consumption in Utah, see the video above for her comments.
