SALT LAKE CITY — The Salt Lake County Republican Party had two resignations Wednesday.
The party “reluctantly accepted” the resignations of Chairman Chad Bennion and Mel Nimer, treasurer, according to a press release.
Suzanne Mulet, the current vice-chair, will assume the role of acting chair until party elections are held in May.
