A man who pleaded guilty to his connection in a Midvale triple murder learned his sentence Thursday.
A judge sentenced Davis Fotu to three years in prison and three years probation.
Fotu pleaded guilty to obstruction of justice. His sentencing was delayed so he could testify against David Fresques,who is charged with murdering three people in a house in Midvale one year ago.
Fresques isn't scheduled for trial until March 2015.
