ST. GEORGE, Utah -- A standoff situation in St. George ended Friday after several hours of communicating with the suspect.
The standoff happened at a Coronada Inn & Suites located near 500 East St. George Blvd.
Just after 11 a.m., officers took a male suspect, identified as Cody Callegory, 35, out of the room where he was barricaded. Details on why Callegory barricaded himself in the room have not been released.
Officers said Callegory will be charged with criminal mischief after being treated for self-inflicted wounds.
