WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah –West Valley City police said a young girl who was found wandering in the street Friday morning has been reunited with her parents.
A neighbor found the girl not far from her home near 4950 W 4500 S.
Police said it appears the girl was able to unlock a door at her home and walk outside.
