SALT LAKE CITY -- Rain and snow were seen in parts of Utah this week, but officials said avalanche conditions are stable in much of the state.
Craig Gordon of the Utah Avalanche Center said this is the perfect time to get into the back country, but he said conditions could shift in the next few days.
