Utah COUNTY – A woman who formerly served as the director of an all-male residential treatment center appeared in court Friday; the woman is accused of sexual misconduct with a youth receiving services at the facility.
Teresa Cope, 34, is charged with five counts of sexual misconduct and sexual relations with a youth receiving state services.
The victim is a 15-year-old boy who was at Birdseye Boys Ranch. The facility’s website states it is a residential treatment program for sexual behavioral problems and pornography addiction.
Cope was arrested April 23 after police executed a search warrant at her home.
